Faulty and Damaged Goods

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods Supplied Incorrectly

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods as soon as possible for you.

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange with us please fill out the form below. If you could let us know the products you would like returned and whether you would like an exchange.
