Ruby Furniture Delivery offers a 3-5 working day lead time and a dedicated team of caring delivery professionals who prioritise product protection. This ensures timely and secure delivery for both personal and business shipments.

What courier do we use?
Ruby furniture not only specialise in manufacturing high quality handmade solid wood furniture but also providing it's own top quality transport. All our deliveries are made through our own courier system. Minimising any chance of delays and issues that are regularly seen through third party couriers.
Some postcodes maybe excluded from our own transport, meaning a third party courier will make the delivery.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
We have NO minimum order.
What tracking updates do I receive?
We have a live tracking system on the day of delivery that allows you to follow our driver right up to your door step.
1. A notification two days before delivery with your delivery date
2. A notification of your delivery time on the morning of the day of delivery
3. A notification you are the next delivery
4. A notification with proof of delivery
Do I need to present for my Delivery?
No you do not have to be in for the delivery, our drivers will follow any instructions when leaving the goods in a safe place. We can leave notes for our drivers to leave in safe place or even to give you a call before delivery.
Depots
Ruby UK has 5 depots across the UK, Highampton, Caldicot, Wakefield, London and Scotland. All stock & manufacturing is held at our head office in Highampton, our other depots are used a redistribution centres.
What size vehicle will delivery my order?
We have a large fleet of our own vehicles no bigger than a long wheel base van, meaning access is never an issue. We also have a team of top quality delivery drivers that will leave the goods wherever you require! No need to ever help unloading.
